Highland palms it was the best places I’ve ever been the physical therapy department is especially exceptional Perry and his crew are awesome I had a great time getting to know the whole staff especially Perry I would highly recommend this place to anyone especially the physical therapy department

This place kicked out a loved one of mine bc of insurance when they clearly know she is sick with cancer . Avoid this place they just want your money

The therapy team, including perry, Nathaniel, Natasha, maly, Laura, Alexis, gio, and Vanessa, are extremely helpful. In my case, they go out of their way to help with my recovery. I have come a long way thanks to them. I couldn’t do what I’m doing without them. They are an excellent team. I’ll be forever grateful to them.

When I first came to this facility, I was unable to walk and now I’m walking out of the facility on my own. I am thankful for the physical and occupational therapy team including Vanessa, Natasha, Perry, Alexis, Gio, Nathaniel, Laura, Maly, and Edgar.

I had a great experience my nurses and cna were fantastic Samantha was also great the physical therapy team were amazing extremely knowledgeable and got me pumped up to get better and to continue once I return home special thanks to Daniel Minal Ana Bernadette jasmine cheryl karina and all of the cna that took such good care of me I highly recommend highland palms with no hesitation!!!

They have great physical therapy

The staff was so helpful this was an amazing place to get better they have some thing for everyone here real nice place close to my house and a shopping center near by the staff that stood out to me were perry, tiwi,Kevin Nathaniel and Jasmine and of course those nurses names I can’t remember and my social worker Mimi great place to stay while you’re recovering

I am reviewing the interaction I had with one of the staff/personnel named Jessica. She was very unprofessional in handling my call. I had called to speak to my dad, of whom I had spoken to previously while at the facility. According to her, the way I asked about my dad was reason enough to give me the run around, by telling me that she would give me a call back after about 5 minutes. Approximately 10 minutes later, I call back, and the line just goes to her voicemail. After that, about 5 minutes later, I call again, she answers and says she’s going to get one of the nurses to help me. She didn’t. She had a poor attitude the entire time, as if I was bothering her. So I called back, of course, as I am tired of the run around, and I let her know that she was very unprofessional. When I challenged her on why she didn’t call back as she said she would, or have a nurse contact me(I had given my number earlier as well) she said that she went to the nurses and they are feeding the patients. That’s why I guess she couldn’t call me back as a courtesy to let me know this, if she actually did what she said. I can not speak to the care quality of this facility, but I definitely was not treated well over the phone. Maybe she had a bad day, perhaps she didn’t want to work on a Saturday, maybe she hates her job and decided that I should be the recipient of her rudeness. I suggest some type of retraining.

When I first came here I could not walk on my own or stand by myself. Today I am able to walk and move by myself. Thank you to this great physical therapy team, Nathaniel, alexis, maggie, kevin, laura, karla, jackie, vanessa, gio and natasha! I am forever grateful.

My father has been a patient here for almost 2 years and I am pleased with all the staff, from the nurses to the ladies in billing Yesenia, and Griselda, to the director Tom. Thank you all for taking care of my dad through these fragile times.

I want to add a few more thank yous to my first post , I had a wonderful respiratory therapist named Stephanie who always made sure I had water and filters for my CPAP! And all my CNA s were great especially Mrs Vasquez and Cat, going out of their way to make sure I had what I needed for the day! And I am very thankful for Jasmine and Nathaniel for helping me get my balance therapy and strength training. Thanks Bernadette for always remembering what Meds I needed at night. I wish I could remember Every ones names that helped me so much to make my stay at Highland Palms enjoyable. I appreciate my stay at highland palms healthcare center. Audrey has made activities fun from cooking classes, crafts, special events, games etc. Thank you nurses for all you do. Thank you Yesenia for helping me. Thank you kitchen for providing delicious meals. Overall 10/10 experience

I am not happy with spoiled milk twice. I am very happy with the cleaning lady Samantha. She does a great job. And my CNA Mrs. VASQUEZ , SHE IS SO HAPPY TO C LEAN OUR ROOMS. ALSO MY MEDICINES LADY BERNADETTE, SHE IS SO KIND TO ME. MENNO IS ALSO VERY KIND AND HELPFUL, WITH MY MEDICATIONS. AUDREY AND MARIA ARE SO GOOD PLANNING ACTIVITIES FOR US. ERNESTO VASQUEZ

I was sent to Highland Palms by the VA in Loma Linda. My stay here has been great, no complaints. The staff are all very kind and make sure you have what you need. The kitchen provides healthy food that is made according to your dietary needs. The rooms are roomy and nicely decorated, with your own patio and bathroom. They are accommodating to your guest and provide a nice patio to visit with them. The rehab and therapy room are freshly remodeled and staffed with professional therapist and modern equipment. I Would like to thank all the staff for how kind they were to me and made my visit pleasant, even though I had to stay longer than I anticipated but they made sure I was ready for discharge. If I were to mention names of people that made my stay special I would like to thank the recreation staff Maria and Audrey who always made activities and snacks like home including fresh popcorn and special cookies and board games and movies. Thank you Angela for making me walk everyday. And thank you Evelyn for keeping me shaved while I was there. And last but not least, thanks to Samantha for keeping my room clean and sanitized. All the nurses deserve a big thanks for making sure I received all my meds and other needs. Thank you Highland Palms for everything you did for me! Bruce

We are always around good people when we come to Highland Palms. They really take the time to care about your loved one. I would recommend this place and come again!

My dad is a veteran and I’m his caregiver, I put him in respite care here starting 3 months ago every month. When I say staff is AMAZING, I was so worried at first but the RN Yesenia made us feel really comfortable. All the staff here are absolutely amazing people, my dad loves staying here they make sure to keep me updated on his activities. My dad and I rate them a 10/10 definitely recommend to family/friends!!
