Dishonest people from shady the nurse supervisior to even the sociol worker meme instead of helping they make life difficult I dont recommend this place I ended up getting bed sores and they dont let me shower .

visiting room has trash on floor, clock is an hour fast…workers standing around..

I was transferred to Highland Palms from Dignity St. Bernardine Hospital on July 2, 2026, for physical therapy rehabilitation, and the care here was exceptional. The CNA’s, Rosario Ornelas, Yanira, Diana Chavez and Stephanie, provided wonderful warmth, patience, and dignity. Cathy and Vanessa on the shower team brought incredible love and comfort to daily personal care. My Physical Therapy started with Gio and Natasha, who built my confidence right away, and continued seamlessly with Laura, Vanessa, and Maly, whose expert guidance kept me motivated every day. Mimi in Social Services offered crucial support and genuine care throughout my stay. In addition, daily room cleaning by Cecilia Arevalo, Georgina, and Edith made healing peaceful, clean, and comfortable. I am deeply grateful to this entire team for their dedication to my recovery.

the facility is one of the cleanest and well run facilities I’ve seen. It’s a very good team who provides great care.

My mother was a patient there. She received Physical therapy after she fell and broke her hip I needed assistance in relocating my mother to San Diego, where I currently live. I am so grateful to the Highland Palms team for helping me with all the services to get my mom relocated. I would like to thank the nursing staff which my mom said was very nice and helpful. I especially would like to thank the social service department for helping me with the transition and getting my mom closer to me and her grandchildren I will highly recommend this facility. For your loved ones.

The care my uncle got at this facility was amazing . Staff was very nice, ynira cna and Chris cna were very kind, helpful and respectful. The physical therapy team was amazing.

They have the best staff, always go above and beyond for the patients.

I was so grateful for the care that my uncle had. The nurses were amazing. Everyone communicated well and they made our uncle feel like family. The administrator Daniel took his time out to visit my uncle talk about my uncle’s plan and how we’re going to be able to get him home safe safely. Highland Care Palm thank you again for all the care you’ve provided. My uncle is doing well all because everyone who took their time out to really helped my Uncle get better. I would recommend this facility over and over again.

We had a great experience with the team at Highland Palms. There were several people who really stood out, especially Brittany, Deedee and Gio. They were caring, responsive and treated our family with kindness. Daniel the administrator seemed to really care for my well being and visited me most days to see how I was doing. My dad stayed at Highland Palms and our family had a positive experience. Deedee in Social Services was especially helpful whenever I had questions and made things much easier for our family. Brittany was also great with my dad. Thank you to everyone who took care of him.

I had a really good experience at Highland Palms. Gio in rehab was great to work with and always patient with me. Brittany from treatment was also wonderful and made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate everyone who helped me during my stay.

I do not have anything negative to say about Highland Palms! The staff is so kind each time I come in to visit and the care we have received is top notch. 5 stars!!!

When you walk in you are greeted by the staff and feel welcomed. It looks and smells great inside. Everyone from the Administration team to the care team did an amazing job with my family. I can’t thank them enough.

The nursing staff and administration are the real deal. They go out of their way to ensure you feel cared for and ARE cared for! Medicare rates this facility highly and I can see why!

The worst place to take a love one Do your research before falling for all this lies . I would never come back here again

The nurse caused me out ,the social worker meme and her supervisior Dee are very rude and disrespectful they dont care about any of us . And the guy shady is careless and justify all the bad behaviors from them . I seen how they treated a man how they neglected him like me and I reported it and they said noone cares . If I dont like it to leave . I seen how a man was going home and all kinds of pills came out his pockets thats a hazard for us all .Who knows what that man could of done with that medication .

I’m my signficant others POA he was sent here without approval, withheld information we had serious financial obligations the social worker denied him too see me several occasions the Dr by any means we’re professional did not included him and I together or I don’t know if he’s alive or dead thanks to the straight unprofessionalism. They have idealy to address I have been disrespected by social worker Ross. please help us so I can talk to my man and or find out if he’s ok and alive disregarded the POA I dont think this is right we worked so hard for what we have and there taking all away from our obligations to take care of his estate the violated a power of atty order I need an atty to change this legal battle. Hope ross gets fired haven’t forgotten and never will.miss you big guy David miss you very much

Therapy has been awesome! They have been good and helpful, mainly Maly and Vanessa. They spent the most time with me and got me back on my feet. I’m leaving this place with many blessings. Special thank you to Gio, Edgar, Tiwi and McDaniel for all their help. Special thank you to my buddy Perry who has saved me when I needed it.

I was disrespected by the director of nursing named shady and also the social worker named Dee Dee and her employe meme . Shady didn’t like how my doctor told them their mistakes they was giving me medicine that I was allergic too and had me on antibiotics for a whole month and a half but my doctor clearly ordered to stop . So therefore shady decided to call me mentally ill , the social workers decided to call me a liyer even though they made the mistake of dropping me off with no nurse left me in a hospital with no help I’m disabled need help moving my wheelchair due to no hand and no feet . So they left me abandoned I make a complaint and I am called a liyer . Meme hung up on me and called me a liyer and the Dee Dee lady told me I am done with you you have a problem with everything and said for me not to call her and said for me not to bother her . But I don’t get it your suppose to hear my concerns . I came out with my skin opening from different areas . I don’t recommend the worst experience up till this day no one has helped me . Please don’t send your love ones here

Staff is incredible here, but the food is horrible. The PT/OT team has been spot on. Gio, Laura, Perry, Tiwi, Edgar, Maly, Natasha, Nathaniel, and Vanny were anll amazing. The front desk is excellent as well. Tamika and the entire nursing staff was very helpful. Nancy was a big help when it came to bible study. Housekeeping was on par, but my laundry was unfortunately being misplaced. The residents made me feel at home too. My only issue with the facility is the lack of communication between the medics. (5* is for staff)

The entire team at Highland Palms were great. The care my mom received was great, from everyone at all levels nd positions. The therapy group is really good as mom is a very personable person, all of them. Food was better than i expected and candle light dinner ws a nice touch. Nurse supervisor really nice and very caring as well. All shifts took really good care of my mom during her stay.
